A pairing of uilleann pipes, John McSherry and fiddle/keyboards, Donal O’Connor. The two players brilliantly interweave their two instruments. The tunes - reels, slip jigs and slow airs allow room for inventive ornamentation. McSherry first came to our attention for his dazzling playing on Shaun Davey’s soundtrack for the movie “Waking Ned Divine.”
