Dropkick Murphys
Dropkick Murphys is an Irish punk rock band that perfectly captures the working-class Irish of their native Boston. Loyal to their Irish background, they are conscious of the injustices in the economic and social structure of their city. Yet they are proud of its heritage and its sports franchises. Their version of Tessie became an anthem for the Red Sox World Series victory in 2004.
