Davy Spillane
Davy Spillane is one of the finest of Ireland’s many great uilleann pipers. He was a founding member of the groundbreaking band, Moving Hearts, and the major force behind their last album, The Storm. He has recorded four great albums, including EastWind, with Andy Irvine, on the Tara label. His greatest fame, however, came with Riverdance. He was the featured instrumental solist with the original Riverdance show and toured with them in Ireland and England.
